This was such an unforgettable experience. We were supposed to stay for just one night but ended up staying 4! Okay, from the beginning. We had different accommodation in Hakuba, but we weren’t satisfied so we were looking for something else and found Dark Horse by chance. The moment we walked into the house, we were greeted with smiles and warmth. Andy, Rika, Momo and Hana create something truly special. We’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and such, but this one will stay in our hearts for a long time. Everything is well thought out, you can see it’s taken care of down to the smallest detail, you can see it’s done properly and not just to be the cheapest. We felt so beautifully hosted. They also have an amazing sake collection to try, and the food is delicious too. Thank you again and we already miss it. I hope we’ll get the chance to meet again. PS. The place also has instructions for everything so if you don't know how to use a Japanese heating table, for example, you can try it without trouble. Had coffee, coffee beans, dishes and pans for cooking, coffee machine, etc. The place is of shared stay but since we rented all the space for our group of 8 they let us have everything like an Airbnb.

Nawate Guesthouse dispone de salón de uso común, terraza, restaurante y bar en Matsumoto. Hermosa Guesthouse, muy cálido el espacio y su gente. Muy buena ubicación. Tiene cocina completa, lockers, se puede trabajar tranquilamente y está siempre impecable.

Cafe&stay CASTANA se encuentra en Matsumoto, a 3,4 km de Estación de Matsumoto y a 6,1 km de The Japan Ukiyo-e Museum. El alojamiento es una cafetería con mucho encanto y muy cómoda si se viaja en familia o en grupo. Esta en una zona muy tranquila, pero con bastantes tiendas y restaurantes a los alrededores. Kaneda y el resto del personal fueron muy amables, incluso nos acercaron en coche al centro para visitar la zona del castillo.

Hakuba Matata Lodge está en Hakuba, a 10 km de Estación de esquí Tsugaike Kogen, y dispone de alojamiento con salón de uso común, parking privado gratis y bar. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and very comfortable bed! The location is quiet (which is what we were looking for), and yet not far from Echoland. We loved walking in the neighborhood.

Togoro está en Nozawa Onsen, a 32 km de Parque de los Monos de Jigokudani, y ofrece habitaciones con vistas a la montaña y wifi gratis. The hosts and owners of the hotel (Chisato and Shuei) were the most lovely and accommodating hosts! From the delicious breakfasts every morning, to assisting with restaurant bookings and ski pass purchasing, their service was excellent and made for a very pleasant stay. Togoro has comfortable beds, warm rooms, free WIFI, heated ski/board storage room, and more. Togoro's location is perfect; right next to a public onsen and the bus stop for the snow shuttle and the transfer bus from Iiyama, and easy walking distance to anywhere you might need to go.

I really enjoyed the stay in 遊来る guest house, even though I didn’t get too much time to look around, as I arrived late, I had a chance to have a pleasant chat with the owners. Also they were very kind to send me one item that I accidentally left in the room after checking out. Thank you so much!

They are interested in your plans and guide you on things locally including making restaurant recommendations as well as bookings for you. They are very generous in dropping you and collecting you for various purposes including the bus stop, the Happo slopes and restaurants. My daughter accidentally left her jacket somewhere and Koji San collected it for us without hesitation. Overall, I'd happily come here again.
