She welcomes you with a warm heart, as soon as you arrive she can put you at easy, ready for a laugh and to establish a genuine connection. We spent a memorable evening with her and another guest. The location is central, in a quite area and close to good a bakery and lovely cafés. We spent one night in the twin room, where I could sleep in the most comfortable bed ever. It’s a beautiful house with great rooms and a very friendly atmosphere. The owner is very kind and welcoming! The location is great for exploring Nara. We loved Nara, both for cozy Naramachi and the beautiful nature and temples, especially in the upper parts of Nara park. Bike rental from the guesthouse was also great!

Very nice traditional Japanese house, conveniently located near the metro that goes to Osaka, Nara and Kyoto. Staff was incredibly kind and even lent me their umbrella when it was raining. The place was clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the futons were very comfortable. I also enjoyed the Japanese traditional breakfast. I would definitely recommend it!

We loved the attention to detail, especially the vintage record player with Japanese vinyls and how well stocked the kitchen was (oil, spices, rice, coffee etc. - the best we had in Japan!). Staff was very accommodating. Very spacious, perfect for our group. We had to change the group size due to a mistake of our own and it was very easy to resolve, thank you for that. We had a great time!
