At the end of the stay, he gave us a tour of Kitsuki samurai residences which was a great bonus. Thank you, sir, it was much appreciated. I highly recommend to stay here if you're visiting Kitsuki, Beppu or nearby areas.

I cannot think of any ways to improve it. The house is very large, and would suit a large group. Multiple showers and toilets, a full kitchen and dining room. On site parking, and everything was absolutely spotlessly clean. Our host was amazingly kind and welcoming, and offered great advice about our stay in Kitsuki and our visits to surrounding areas.
