During our stay, there were two more groups staying in the house so we took turns using the onsen. The staff member who picked us up from the JR station was very friendly, polite and thoughtful. The host is hospitable, attentive and detail-oriented. He puts in a lot of efforts to keep this place welcoming and comfortable. I would highly recommend it!

I cannot think of any ways to improve it. The house is very large, and would suit a large group. Multiple showers and toilets, a full kitchen and dining room. On site parking, and everything was absolutely spotlessly clean. Our host was amazingly kind and welcoming, and offered great advice about our stay in Kitsuki and our visits to surrounding areas.
