I was here for one month and from the moment I arrived, Taiga and Akane made me feel at home. They are welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. Taiga’s English is limited, but he’s eager to improve and does his best to make every guest feel comfortable. The guesthouse itself is simple yet cozy. The private and dorm rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious, even featuring a small Japanese bathtub. There’s also a separate room with a fridge, microwave, washing machine, and dryer, with plans to add a small kitchen soon. The outdoor sitting area, which I called the living room, is the heart of the place. Some days we worked on DIY projects, other days we had BBQs, chatted with guests, or just relaxed. It can be lively and peaceful in the same day, but it never gets boring. I spent countless hours talking with other guests, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Located in the quiet hills of Mount Yaedake, it’s the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. There’s space for yoga, bonfires, or just relaxing in a hammock under the trees. While the guesthouse is remote, you can bike or walk to local spots, and Nago City is only a 10-minute drive away. If you have a rental car, exploring the island is easy. This isn’t just a guesthouse—it’s a home. Whether you stay for a few days or weeks, you’ll love your time here. I’m grateful to have found this place, and I hope you will be too!

Every spot of the house is even more beautiful in real. The host built the place in hand and we could feel the delicate touch of his kindness everywhere. The host(Onada-san) is super kind and caring, we could stay in peace and really enejoyed the stay! The bathroom is spacious and clean, beds are super comfy! Highly recommended.

I recommend this place to anyone and I will go back anytime. Host is really kind, respectful and helpful! The place is clean and I mean clean 11/10. Bed are cozy, the kitchen have all the basic you need to prep a meal. There a 2nd floor terrace with table and hammock with some shade. Bathroom are as clean as you can imagine. Grab a bike and go to sun Pilar beach. In 2 days we had one local and 2 jet ski come, other then that we were alone :)

At the guest house, the units come with bed linen and towels. Kishaba-san was wonderful! He helped me arrange some things. One thing he arranged was mango picking, which was a fun (and tasty :P) experience. The common room is nice for getting to know the other travelers. The location is a 10 minute walk away from the ferry terminal and is also only a few minutes away from bus stops :)

The entire guesthouse and the rooms are very nice, cosy and clean. You feel very welcome, the communal area is attractive and the kitchen well equipped. Andy, the host, is very helpful and friendly. Communication beforehand was straightforward and reliable. We also went on a snorkelling trip with Andy, which was an unforgettable experience! We would definitely come back!
