My friend and I came to Matsue for holiday, and we had a great time staying here! Emi-san was a lovely host and was very attentive to our needs! She gave us many recommendations on what to do in the area that really made our trip!! The location is great as it is near the castle and boat tours. It was snowing when we went, but the Kian was easily accessible through public transport! The room itself was super clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and common areas were also kept very clean. We had a lovely time in Matsue, and enjoyed getting to come back to our cozy room at the end of a long day!

Ubicado en Ōda, a 4.3 km de Nima Sand Museum, 琴ヶ浜琴風亭 dispone de vistas al mar. Wow - where do we begin? Kio was a phenomenal host! When we booked this stay, we didn't realize that it was more like an air-bnb. The home is shared with Kio and her mom, but we had our HUGE private living quarters and bathroom all to ourselves. We had complete privacy unless they were serving food or we had questions. We were so well taken care of that it was the most personable experience we had while traveling around Japan. We really felt at home. The personal touches and amenities were the best as well as the treats and tea upon arrival. Don't hesitate to book a breakfast in the morning... so delicious! Plus, the town is so sleepy that there was nothing to eat in walking distance. The wood fireplace was my favorite detail and being just steps from the beach was such a treat. Make sure to explore Omoricho during your stay here and stay for at least 2 nights!! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! We hope to be back some day soon!!
