A Guesthouse Iwase está situada em Toyama, a 2,2 km de Toyama-kō e a 14 km do Parque Familiar de Toyama. I love traveling around Japan on a bicycle and rarely stop in hotels, hostels, or guesthouses. I usually sleep in a tent or on a bench at a roadside station. But this time, I decided to stay in this Guesthouse Iwase to rest after my hike to Mt. Tsuguri-dake. I'm very pleased that I stayed in this wonderful place. The guesthouse owner is very friendly and caring. Right from the beginning, he showed and told me everything. The guesthouse has a very comfortable living room, a very clean shower, and a quiet shared room with 4 beds. The air conditioning prevents me from experiencing the heat outside. Due to the rain, the guesthouse owner offered to store my bicycle at the entrance, for which I am very grateful. I was able to ride the bicycle available for rent. The bicycle very comfortable and good. I rode to the center of Toyama to see the local park and sat at Starbucks. In the evening, in the living room, we sat down with the guesthouse owner and other guests, sharing our impressions of the day spent. I highly recommend this guesthouse. P.s. I also liked the house. It's in a Japanese style with european elements (the room for four people).

Beautiful house, beautiful location. A bit difficult to arrive without a car, which makes it more interesting to me. The hosts are lovely and helpful.

Guest House YAMASHITA-YA localiza-se em Nanto, a 48 km de Castelo Kanazawa, e fornece acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito e um salão partilhado. Satoe-san was very warm and welcoming. She made us breakfast upon request (need to order 3 days before the stay). Food is delicious, especially the firm Gokayama tofu and original dip she made! The location is perfect if you are coming from Shirakawago like us. It is in Gokayama which is also a heritage site. They have gassho houses that are equally beautiful and not as crowded as Shirakawago. We felt at home at Guest House Yamashita-ya. Hope we get a chance to stay again!

The Japanese house, with its spacious 120 m², is very welcoming, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a natural and sustainable style. Bright, full of light, and featuring restored wood details, it also has a vintage HiFi stereo system that sounds absolutely wonderful. The bathroom was spacious with two individual showers, and the bedroom was perfectly quiet, equipped with a brand-new air conditioner. The host was very kind and friendly—she recommended all the wonderful places I visited nearby. Thanks to her advice, I enjoyed a fantastic restaurant just 12 minutes away on foot, where a talented chef served exquisite dishes in a minimalist setting with a table overlooking a zen garden, all at a very reasonable price. On my way back, I followed her recommendation to stop at a cocktail bar 8 minutes from the house, walking along the illuminated riverside. The place was like stepping into a movie set—the interior design was a true work of art, with more than 80 bourbons and an extensive selection of cocktails. The next morning, following her guidance again, I had breakfast in a café walking only 6 minutes, a former fisherman’s warehouse beautifully renovated. They served excellent coffee, cakes, and sandwiches—the perfect spot to start the day or work with a laptop. In summary, my stay at Yanafu was wonderful. The 120 m² house is warm and cozy, and with the host’s thoughtful recommendations, I could enjoy unique and unforgettable places within walking distance. Ideal for families, groups, and also for romantic couples, thanks to the beautiful surroundings. I will definitely return often.

We really liked the style of the house, it was very cozy and cute. Perfect for families and small groups. Kyoko was amazing, she took her time to say hi to us the evening that we checked on and she also made us coffee every morning and socialized with us, giving food recommendations. On the day of our checkout it was drizzling outside and she offered to take us to the station and help us print our shinkansen tickets. It was a very lovely stay.

古民家柚子季 encontra-se em Tonami, a 41 km de Castelo Kanazawa e a 41 km de Jardim Kenrokuen. The place is really great, the combination of old japanese home vibe and futuristic facilities. We got free delicious handmade ice-cream. Love the yogibo❤️
