Monika and her crew provided an outstanding experience. We spent two nights at Retro Kampot but we wish we could stay more! We rented a scooter from them on a very reasonable price (6 usd/24 hours) and visited Bokor Mountain (lovely one day trip). They let us use the kayaks for free, so we did the beautiful loop on the river. Every time you sit in the common area, you are served with water and fruits. The food they are cooking is super delicious. This is definitely the place to be if you visit Kampot!

The facilities in the room were amazing! So nice to have a fridge, a bathtub and lovely furniture. The pool was clean and beautiful to swim in. The guys who run the place are super friendly and sweet. We really enjoyed ourselves here, the location is good especially if you like being out of the craziness of the city centre like we do, with the mountains close by.

An excellent place to stay when you are in Kampot (a nice area!). The property is clean with friendly staff and all the basic amenities that you would expect. The shower has excellent pressure, the towels smell nice and the bed sheets are silky smooth. As an added bonus, a lovely, little breakfast was served. Moreover, I arrived well before the check-in time, but I was welcomed with open arms. I can highly recommend this property for both short- and long-term stays if you happen to be in the area.

The family that owns it are warm and welcoming, and well organized. Very easy to communicate. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Three meals a day are possible here, so being a little away from the city center is no problem. It is an easy tuk-tuk or motorbike ride into town, and Hidden Oasis has a motorbike available for rent.

Not only was the room super comfortable but Mr Leng and his wife are also amazing hosts!! Their hospitality is beyond great, they're so genuine, helpful, incredibly kind and literally have the warmest heart! It realllyy felt like home! Oh and there's a nice rooftop with a bar as well, Mr. Leng makes the best cocktails!!! You guys are going to LOVE IT! I can't recommend this place enough

I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay at Ta Eng Guesthouse and wish I had stayed there before. The location is in a quiet part of town and around a ten minute walk to the Durian roundabout. I would like to thank him for all the drinks he gave me as part of the Chinese New Year festivities !

We don't plan to go to Kampot, but it happened when we felt bored at home after workdays. We decided to stay at Kampot Origin Guesthouse because it's not far from the center, has an affordable price, and is very clean, especially their beddings. The staff who attended to us were very accommodating. Hopefully, next week we will still be staying at this guesthouse.

The room is very nice, fully furnished, clean, and comfortable. I stayed there for two days. The experience was great, and the host was very friendly. The location is excellent — it's within walking distance to Hippocampus statue and the river side Park.

It is a really nice place to stay, one of the nicest places I have stayed at in 2 1/2 years of traveling. It is far off the main road so very peaceful and quiet with a beautiful green yard filled with trees and plants. The owner Eugene is welcoming and friendly and will make you laugh the whole time you are there. The rooms are modern and very comfortable with great AC and hot water. I had some of the best sleep of my long trip here.
