The hotel has a really chill vibe, I had to work my 8 hour job remotely and I can say it is the best place I have worked from in SE Asia so far. The ladies were always refilling my glass of water and bringing me a bowl of fruit (free) like 3-4 times a day. The internet was very good and was able to handle my meetings. We booked the budget room. It is a bit small, but we were downstairs all day, where there are plenty of places to sit and relax. The room has no AC but you do have a mosquito net and fan so we slept like babies at night and the bed is big and comfortable. As a guest you have free kayaks and motorbike rental is $6 per day. The most important thing to mention is the food. So delicious and huge portions, prices around 4-6$ but really worth it. I recommend the chicken curry and padthai.

The facilities in the room were amazing! So nice to have a fridge, a bathtub and lovely furniture. The pool was clean and beautiful to swim in. The guys who run the place are super friendly and sweet. We really enjoyed ourselves here, the location is good especially if you like being out of the craziness of the city centre like we do, with the mountains close by.

Our room was large and comfortable with everything we needed, the location is just a short walk away from the town. The breakfast was delicious and the family running Seagull Guesthouse were so lovely and accommodating.

Really nice big and comfy bungalows in a nice garden with lot of trees and flowers. It's located a bit out of town but easy to get around with a motorbike (they rent some). Owners are really nice, friendly, helpful and accommodating

Not only was the room super comfortable but Mr Leng and his wife are also amazing hosts!! Their hospitality is beyond great, they're so genuine, helpful, incredibly kind and literally have the warmest heart! It realllyy felt like home! Oh and there's a nice rooftop with a bar as well, Mr. Leng makes the best cocktails!!! You guys are going to LOVE IT! I can't recommend this place enough

We spent 2 nights in Ta Eng Guesthouse, it's a really comfortable place, the owner is very welcoming and gave us many recommendations, and the position of the place is very quiet.

We don't plan to go to Kampot, but it happened when we felt bored at home after workdays. We decided to stay at Kampot Origin Guesthouse because it's not far from the center, has an affordable price, and is very clean, especially their beddings. The staff who attended to us were very accommodating. Hopefully, next week we will still be staying at this guesthouse.

The location is excellent — it's within walking distance to Hippocampus statue and the river side Park.

It is a really nice place to stay, one of the nicest places I have stayed at in 2 1/2 years of traveling. It is far off the main road so very peaceful and quiet with a beautiful green yard filled with trees and plants. The owner Eugene is welcoming and friendly and will make you laugh the whole time you are there. The rooms are modern and very comfortable with great AC and hot water. I had some of the best sleep of my long trip here.
