Rooms are clean, very comfy and well priced.

We had a wonderful stay at Neung Aun Kep The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for families. The social area quickly became our favorite hangout spot — it’s cozy, welcoming, and a great place enjoy breakfast The pool area is stunning — clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by stunning mountain view. Our kids absolutely loved it, and so did we! It was the perfect way to cool off and spend the afternoon. The staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Kep. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and social getaway!

We spend only 2 nights here, but it’s feel just like home. The guesthouse is located not far from pepper farms, and many others attractions. The room either fan room or bungalow are both really nice, clean, everything you need. You can’t ask for more. The guesthouse surrounding is so beautiful, mango trees everywhere, flowers… lots of tanks with fish, and at the back a little lake with a kitchen for the one who stay bungalow. Attached to the guesthouse you will find a restaurant & bar which served amazing French & khmer food. The owner are very friendly and helpful and make you really this home feeling. Also the owner of the guesthouse who make sure everything is okay and he is really careful. It’s such a lovely welcoming and atmosphere along the stay. We are coming back after our short trip to Vietnam and I am already so impatient.

The French owner, Lionel, was an absolute gem and helped us with booking everything we needed like excursions and transportation. Their Khmer chef is super talented and I even asked her to teach me how to make her mango salad (after I ordered it 4 times in a row! lol It was that delicious). She was wonderful and agreed. My family loved her food so much that we ate at Q more than at outside restaurants which we normally don't do. I'm a foodie and she's fabulous! Besides Lionel and his staff, the pool is the star of this place. It's nestled in the middle of the jungle and you can sit and just listen to all of the wild life around you. You may see a monkey or 10 as well. It's also big enough to swim laps! Individual bungalows are simple, but comfortable and we never even locked our door once we arrived. It felt like staying with family. We brought our two boys and dog from USA and after 2 1/2 months of traveling in Vietnam, I felt like I found heaven in our first Cambodian stay. Highly recommend!!! Nằm ở Phumĭ Véal Sbov, cách Kampot Pagoda 23 km, Mean Mean Bungalow cung cấp chỗ nghỉ có khu vườn, chỗ đậu xe riêng miễn phí và sân hiên. The bungalow is very cozy and we had everything we needed. Our host was lovely and made sure we were comfortable at all times. He allowed us to use his fridge and was very helpful with everything. We liked that it was not in the crowded city center.
