All rooms are fitted with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a coffee machine, a shower, a hairdryer and a desk. At the inn, the rooms are fitted with a private bathroom with slippers and bathrobes.
The hotel is run by a lovely family. They spoke English and it helped me a lot.
The room was clean and comfortable. I had the New York room. The reflective ceiling was fascinating.
Mansur took me on a historical tour of the city. I could visit places that are inaccessible by public transport. I'm really thankful to him. I also learnt a lot about the various cultures in Kazakhstan through them.

I had a whole flat for myself after lots of days surrounded by many people. I liked the bathroom which was very clean. Also there's a balcony on which you can dry your clothes. The host was very kind and helpful. He picked me up at the railway station.

It is an excellent place to stay. I was alone, but it looks that it comfortably accommodates a family. The location is fantastic. The host is a lovely and polite couple. Communication was without any problem in English. They offered me transportation from the airport to the apartment early in the morning. I have no words to thank them. I travel a lot and I rarely saw such a hospitality. Reserve with closed eyes!

Great hotel, a perfectly clean, quiet, and comfortable room, fast Wi-Fi, and kind and helpful staff. Water and various sundry items are available for sale in the hotel. I recommend, and would stay again! (If arriving from Shymkent by marshrutka, it will pass in front of the hotel, so you can exit before the bus station.)
