First of all, the room is clean, comfy and spacious. There is a common space to enjoy coffee and tea. The breakfast was above expectations, good quantity and the taste was fantastic. Then the hosts are amazing. Their recommendations are super valuable. Chami the host drove us around and spent a lot of time with us. To be honest it felt amazing to have such a welcoming host and we felt very lucky to have that experience. It was maybe one of our best days in Sri Lanka. If you're arriving they can offer a pick up for a small fee. We're already looking forward to our next visit! We will not only come back as guest but also as friends.

At the guest house, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. A kind and incredibly professional couple. The room was very large, perfectly clean, and tastefully arranged. Even the blankets and sheets smelled wonderful. The host was incredibly kind, and anything you needed was available. We also arranged our visit to Horton Plains National Park with their own tuk-tuk, and they even packed a very neat breakfast for us to eat inside the park. The location is excellent, close to Lover's Leap Waterfall and the Pedro Tea Factory, about a half-hour walk at most, or you can even take a bus. Overall, everything was at its best. We'll definitely miss the landlord, who was a true gentleman, and his kind wife. We hope to see them again.

The guest house features family rooms. It was our best accommodation in Sri Lanka so far! The room and bathroom were clean, the water warm, the view from the balcony spectacular. The bed was big and comfy as well. The host was very kind and hospitable, he helped us with renting the scooter, prepared very tasty breakfasts with fresh fruits and even checked on us after we left for the further travelling :) the contact was unproblematic, right after we arrived we were given the numbers (phone and WhatsApp) that we can contact anytime we need something.

The food that they cooked up was some of the best I've had in Sri Lanka, especially the mushroom curry.

The accommodation features private check-in and check-out and a tour desk for guests. We have just stayed at Water Side Residence for one night to climb the Adam‘s Peak. The location is only a 5 mins walk away from the entrance of Adam’s peak trail. Rooms are clean and providing everything you need. Ruwan and his wife are the most welcoming hosts always making sure you are comfortable and providing very delicious and home cooked food in their cafeteria. We can especially recommend the coconut roti which was the best of our trip so far. Ruwan also took care of the pick-up from Hatton station same as the transport to Nuwara Eliya and both drives were including stops for nice photo shoots. We can definitely recommend staying here! :)

Nice hot pressure water with a large bar of soap provided. Super friendly and helpful host who can answer any questions about hiking Sri Pada and transport logistics after. So so close to the start of the Sri Pada trail head. Delicious Sri Lankan and western breakfasts. Close to everything you need. Love the cute cat and fishes! I’m glad we stayed in Dalhousie, has a festive vibe because of the pilgrimage.
