About 15 minutes walking from the centre, in a quiet location. The room was great, spacious, spotless, with everything you might need. Bathroom is brand new and the shower is powerful. Love that! Breakfast is excellent too, we didn’t try the dinner. Staff were great, always happy to help out. Liked the cheap laundry service, handy when backpacking around Sri Lanka. Oh and the bed is the most comfortable one I’ve slept on here. Can’t go wrong with this place - trust me, stay here.

It was a very nice and clean place with big beds and Ruchi with his wife are such kindhearted people. They went out of their way to make our stay nice. Breakfast was delicious. Ruchi took us to tea plantation too.

The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated – really comfortable. The owner was extremely kind and gave us great advice about nearby restaurants. He was also very helpful with practical tips, especially regarding the train. His suggestion to board the train one station earlier to secure a seat was absolutely brilliant. We truly enjoyed our stay in Nuwara Eliya. Highly recommended!

This place was incredible. Absolutely amazing. The facilities were firstly incredible. You could use the kitchen and they had free tea and coffee. The views are unbelievable and the owner and staff are so kind and lovely. You feel so safe there. We didn't leave the place for 2 days it was that nice.

The host speaks excellent English and gave us lots of information about Sri Lanka and things to see. The room was quiet and comfortable, the food was excellent! He helped us book a tour of the tea fields and factory and the tour was amazing. Highly recommend!

This is honestly one of the best places we stayed in Srilanka. The rooms are clean, it smells very good, the beds are comfortable, we got extra blankets for the night. The food they prepare is so delicious and afordable (10 eur for two people and you get soooo much food). Rajith is an amazing host, he told us so much about Srilanka and he even took us on a walk through the tea plantations near the accomodation. We recommend staying here! 😊

Everything about this hotel was perfect, from the stunning design to the warm and cozy atmosphere. I particularly loved the Christmas decorations in the lobby – it made the place feel magical, even though it was October! The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – some of the best I’ve ever encountered. This might just be the best accommodation I've ever stayed at. I would come back to Nuwara Eliya just to stay here again!

Cu o locație bună în centrul orașului Nallathanniya, Water Side Residence pune la dispoziție WiFi gratuit în întreaga proprietate și parcare privată gratuită. Friendly and helpful hosts, explained a lot about the land, offered us torches cause the climb is not lit, when we figured that it was. Clean and comfortable rooms. Loved to see a boiler for a good hot shower.

Nice hot pressure water with a large bar of soap provided. Super friendly and helpful host who can answer any questions about hiking Sri Pada and transport logistics after. So so close to the start of the Sri Pada trail head. Delicious Sri Lankan and western breakfasts. Close to everything you need. Love the cute cat and fishes! I’m glad we stayed in Dalhousie, has a festive vibe because of the pilgrimage.
