La Perla Bentota provided an excellent stay. The surroundings are beautiful, and the pool is perfect for relaxing. The location is also very close to the beach, which is a great plus. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The staff, especially Nelson and the entire team, were friendly and incredibly helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend La Perla Bentota.

We have stayed in many places in Sri Lanka and in Asia in general - but this place is by far the best place we have stayed in terms of quality, atmosphere and price.

The moment I arrived in, I felt at home, very clean and welcoming place. After 2 weeks traveling in Sri Lanka we had the best breakfast of our trip there, it was delicious and great variety of food. The owners are very friendly and caring! Really good place to stay and relax.

We loved Channa Villa and Bentota so much we booked an extra night, if we'd know we would have spent less time in Mirissa and more time here. The standard of accommodation was the best we had stayed in through out the whole of our trip to Sri Lanka. The rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable, with soft pillows and clean linin. We had a fridge in our room and the use of a shared kitchen which was spotless and we were able to make our own tea and even make our own toast for breakfast as we had bought bread from the local supermarket. Close to the railway line, but you could hardly hear the trains from our room, a short 5 minute walk to the beach, which was the best beach by far. Plus close to a few restaurants dotted along the railway track. And of course friendly staff

Auyu is a wonderful host. She goes out of her way to please and help you. Her breakfasts are lovely and plentiful. The location was 5 minutes from an amazing beach. You’ll love it here!

Perfect cleanliness. Amazing breakfasts, served like in a restaurant. The owner's son speaks excellent English, there were no problems with understanding. He also helped us with some issues. I stayed at SunSet Guest House during my entire stay in Beruwala, and it was perfect. The place truly lives up to its name, offering real sunset views, the soothing sound of the waves, and freshly prepared home-cooked meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all made by the host. Communication was effortless, as they speak English, and the host also speaks fluent German. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back one day.
