The Staff was super helpful. They took us from the bus stop. Everything was so comfortable. Room was the cleanest compared to Other places we stayed in Sri Lanka. They arranged a very nice safari tour. We saw leopard and lot of animals .i think better you booked the safari earlier because their safari jeeps also busy. Highly recomended ..

Wish we had booked for longer! Great pool with lots of sun loungers and beanbags. Owner is also a chef. We had a wonderful breakfast and wish we had more time to experience his cooking for lunch or dinner. Were also very helpful arranging Yala safari for us ☺️

Very nice host and overall the team, big thank you to everyone for our stay. Not many F&B options in the area, swimming in the ocean is not an option. But what you can a get is a beauty of nature, tranquility and full relax.

We had the most wonderful stay in Tissa! The owner lady was truly the nicest person we met in all of Sri Lanka – so friendly, welcoming, and caring. She went above and beyond to help us organize our safari and even arranged our departure taxi, which made everything so easy. A huge thank you to her, her husband, and all the staff for making our stay feel like home. We will always remember your kindness! 🌸🙏

Wonderful, very clean accommodation with the most beautiful pool we’ve experienced so far. Very friendly and family-like service, and an incredible variety of exotic wildlife, especially birds. Secluded dream beaches within walking distance (though unfortunately very rough at this time of year). Lots of restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away. A true piece of authentic Sri Lanka. Thanks also for the nice birthday surprise for my daughter! Unforgettable stay!

The room was clean and very spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Laundry & meals were at a very reasonable price. The food was amazing and in huge portion. The host is the nicest and kindest person ever!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!

We loved staying here and would have stayed longer if the weather was better. The rooms are so clean and modern. Set in a jungle with beautiful plants and shrubs. The hosts Dumee and Dulloo are both really nice and friendly and were always there to service our needs or just have a chat. They cooked us an amazing dinner with grilled fish and salads and breakfast was also very fresh and satisfying. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay somewhere close to the Turtle Hatching beach nearby.

We stayd here with baby and everything was excellent :) beach is about 80m, which is top of sri lanka for us.

After some time travelling I feel safe to say that you can tell the difference between people just making money of you and people who really know what they are doing and want the best for you. And Priya only wants the best for you and he will go out of his way to give you anything you want. From picking us up at the bus stop for free, coming to get us when it started raining and we were in the city, taking us to a beautiful little safari around the lake at sunset showing us lots of birds, crocodiles and bats, recommending us which buses to take from and to other destinations, to organizing the best safari we could hope for. He recommended us to do a full day in block 1 and we are really happy we took his advice. Priya works with very experienced guides and we had an amazing safari and even though it was peak season we managed to be most of the day alone and witness the park for what it is with its beauty and variety of animals. The accomodation itself is quite simple but it was more than enough for us. Nice clean room, good wifi, good AC, good food, comfortable bed. Absolutely recommend!
