The weather wasn’t kind to us but we did get one morning when we were able to do the tea experience. The best part for me was the food - they prepared some wonderful gluten free Sri Lankan meals for me which was the best food I had in our 3 week trip. Dave is very engaging and we enjoyed our chats with him.

The location has a history, and the property was only modified as a guest house while keeping the old design. It is unique because of that. The area around the property is very quiet and very green, with many different types of trees/spices. The staff was very friendly, especially the manager (Christo). He contacted us before we arrived to make sure everything was arranged. The food was delicious, and the price was reasonable.

Book this place when you wish to see many things in and around Kandy! The owners went the extra mile to make me super happy. He is a safe driver who showed me many places per day in his comfortable car and she cooked fantastic meals for me with fresh herbs and spices out of their own ‘jungle’. They are a lovely and honest family, the best hosts during my world-travel :-) Also: the place is a gem in the mountains, beautiful decorated and with a clean pool. I felt really at home here.

A wonderful place to spend time in a peaceful location close to nature and natural beauty. The staff were fantastic and provided plenty of support and guidance, helping us to enjoy senic walks in the area. The breakfasts and evening meals were truly amazing and exceeded our expectations...

The service was exceptional; the staff was attentive and made us feel welcome, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. This 1930s bungalow is sprawled across 98 acres of a tea plantation, at the foot of the Knuckles Mountain Range. A real highlight of our trip. Beautiful property in a stunning location, great rooms and beds, exceptional service and great meals.
