Extremely clean, spacious room with pool view. Pool was great! There is a lake also at the property. Management was helpful and friendly. Amazing safari was also arranged by them. Food at property is also great!

We had a wonderful stay at this unique accommodation right in the middle of the jungle! With rooftop viewpoints, a tranquil pool, and outstanding service, this place truly offers a special experience. Even though it's located a bit off the beaten path, the atmosphere more than makes up for it—you might not want to leave at all. The included breakfast was so generous it practically lasted us all day. In the evening, there was a great selection of local and Western dishes made with high-quality ingredients (though portions were on the smaller side). The peaceful pool area was perfect for unwinding, and the staff really took Sri Lankan hospitality to the next level. Occasional evening power fluctuations were handled smoothly with a temporary diesel generator, but it switched off well before bedtime, leaving only the soothing jungle sounds. For mobile work, this place may not be ideal—the Wi-Fi relies on a mobile connection, which wasn't strong enough for demanding online tasks. But for a relaxing holiday segment in Sri Lanka, this place gets our full recommendation! We arrived by public bus from Kandy, changing at Dambulla, and then took a Tuk Tuk from the Sigiriya bus stop to the accommodation for 1000 rupees. During our stay, we rented a scooter in Sigiriya, while other guests used rental Tuk Tuks to get around.

Spacious room, great host that arranged all our trips. We spent five nights there. A true paradise. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. This place is nice and quiet. We had a wonderful time.

This the best stay which you can choose in Dambulla city! The hotel is located in a walk distance from the main road between the rice fields. You will have peace and nature around you. The rooms are great and clean with all necessarcy equipment (hair dryer, hot water, towels etc.). The staff is excelent and really helpful - they will organize everything you need. It’s worth to mention about their restaurant- big portions, delicious food and great prices. If you planning to visit Sigirya/Polonnaruwa - again ask the host. They know the really nice guy with tuk tuk who transport you, show you hidden spots and tell a lot about the neighborhod. As always in a really good price.

Hidden Lake Cottages Sigiriya localiza-se em Sigiriya, a 6,4 km de Rochedo de Sigiriya, e fornece acomodações com bicicletas gratuitas, estacionamento privado gratuito, uma piscina exterior e um... Everything! Quiet location, spacious the plunge pool was an added bonus. Lovely to watch the abundant wildlife. The hosts went above and beyond.

Simoya Nature Park situa-se em Dambulla, a 19 km de Rochedo de Sigiriya e a 22 km de Ruínas do Mosteiro Ritigala. O alojamento dispõe de acomodações com um jardim e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. Localização excelente para quem quer visitar as cave temple. Mas o melhor de tudo foi o quarto, que estava SUPER limpo e a hospitalidade dos donos foi incrível, ofereceram-nos uma bebida à entrada e cozinharam para nós num dos jantares que estava óptimo. São muito simpáticos. Voltava sem dúvida a este sítio e recomendo 100%.

Relax Nature Villa localiza-se em Sigiriya, a 3,5 km de Rochedo de Sigiriya, e fornece acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito e um terraço. It is one of the best places I have stayed in all of Sri Lanka. You are in the middle of nature and once you come back from climbing the rock it is a haven of peace. The rooms are very rustic but charming. They have built them themselves. And now the most important part, the family. I have no words to describe their kindness and hospitality. The man always worried that I would not lack anything. He took me with his motorbike to a medicinal plant garden and also to Pidurangaya and the famous Sigiriya rock. A great person with a big heart. And let's talk about the meals, dinner and breakfast of great quality and quantity. They know how to pamper their customers with details, like a fruit juice. They will never say no. They also wash your clothes. In summary: highly recommended for the human warmth that you breathe and the good treatment you receive. The best place in Sigiriya and almost all of Sri Lanka.

Nature Night Homestay situa-se em Sigiriya, a 3,3 km de Rochedo de Sigiriya e a 6,5 km de Ruínas do Mosteiro Ritigala. By far our favourite homestay in Sri Lanka so far! Breakfast offered is traditional Sri Lankan options and was delicious, we stayed 2 nights and it was different both mornings. We also had dinner both nights we stayed (again different both evenings) and really great value vs. eating out. Location is set back from Main Street which we liked, and really quiet. Room has everything you need, including a hot shower! A lovely seating area to relax before dinner. Couldn’t recommend enough!!
