For 3 people there were 2 king beds with mosquito net and ac. Decent bathroom with heater. In the affordable price range it is worth it. Owner was very friendly and shared few srilankan coins as my 13 year old son is coin collector so as her son. They have huge collection of bank note collection in their office space. Impressive. We had an observation tower above our room, which put us right above the treetops. Tasty food and very hospitable staff. You won't go wrong choosing tree trails for your stay in Sigiriya.

Incredible stay. Very clean and comfortable, with working AC and a ceiling fan. Both warm and cold water for the shower. Most notably, the hosts were fantastic! So welcoming and so helpful. When we arrived they drove us to a scooter rental so we could get our scooter. The one day we had to leave early to go to Sigiriya for the day and they packed us a breakfast to go. Dinner at their restaurant was affordable and delicious. On the morning we left, they drove us to the bus station and stayed with us to make sure we caught the right bus. If you’re staying in Dambulla you should definitely stay here. These may be the most helpful hosts I’ve ever had while travelling across Southeast Asia.

We stayed in 8 different hotels and homestays during our trip and this one was the best by far. The couple managing the facility had a great job to create a very special environment and experience. The rooms were very clean, decorated with flowers etc. The breakfast was the best. They gave us great tips, suggestions for our trip. We felt like we are part of the family. The facility is very close to the Dambulla Cave Temple but it is also in a very silent corner with a great garden. You can see monkeys, giant squirrel, birds and other wildlife just around the facility. We definitely suggest this place to anyone traveling around Dambulla.

The owner was super polite and super kind. Both breakfast and lunch were delicious, I don't even know what else we could wish for.
