It was very clean and the beds were private - it felt that you have your own space. I went to different hostels in Hiriketiya, but this one is the best.

Surf Lodge Madiha có khu vườn, khu vực bãi biển riêng, sân hiên và nhà hàng ở Matara. The Surf Lodge is beautifully decorated with a lot of love and taste. It offers amazing breakfast and a direct access to the beach. It is managed by the super kind Che who was always very attentive to help us organize a few things around the area. What we particularly loved about the hotel (apart from the amazing spacious rooms and the delicious (vegetarian) food) was that it is Che’s family home and has such a friendly and calming vibe :) it’s only a short walk to local restaurants and bars and Madiha’s main beach is also only a few minutes away. I would write a poem to this place if I could! This hotel, its owners Jeremy and Julia and the team made our holiday. We planned to spend there 4 nights and go further, but everything was so good, and we decided to spend here the rest of our holiday. Everything was spotless: room, team, breakfast, swimming pool, beach, ocean — just everything. Two things that you should know. First: there are many nice restaurants around, though there is nothing on google maps. Second: you definitely have to see the shop on the second floor, because Julia creates amazing clothes. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay! Every morning we were presented with the fully vegan version of the Sri Lankan breakfast option and it was extremely generous and delicious! There was something different every morning too. I would definitely stay here again, excellent location within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants around Weligama.

Với khu vườn, nhà hàng và nhìn ra biển, Lavender mirissa nằm ở Mirissa, cách Bãi biển Thalaramba 5 phút đi bộ. Highly recommend! Stayed at this family-run guesthouse/hotel for one month. Zero issues. The room (with balcony overlooking a backyard) was spacious, clean and quiet. King size bed was comfortable and protected by a mosquito net. Really neat! Ample sized bathroom with hot/cold water. The fridge is in the common area downstairs. Room cleaning on demand. There's also a restaurant on premises that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The owners and staff are super friendly and accomodating. Can arrange a reasonably priced taxi wherever you might need to go. Any other questions and concerns are eagerly answered and helped with pronto. Very laid-back atmosphere overall. Right outside of the hotel on the main road there are two fruit stands, a masage salon and a couple of good mom&pop grocery stores. Easy access (3-5 min) to the ocean and Coconut Tree Hill. Mirissa Beach is a 13 minute walk. Evening/night time the area is pretty quiet as all nightlife happens ~2 km down the main road. Definitely worth the money!

The place is run by a Sri lankan family that took care of all our needs and were very friendly also the owner of the guest house is a tuk tuk driver so you can talk to him if you need a ride somewhere . Breakfast is great , location is good (next to many restaurants and coffee places and a beach). The room is very nice . Thank you Hiran for everything!

It is in a perfect location, friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Delecious food provided for the day. We had Pradeep, a great tour guide organised by the hotel.
