The pool was clean and at any time accessible, the rooms were tidy, clean, and very spacious. Large balcony, private and quiet. The location was great too. I spent there 2 nights and it was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious too. Definitely recommend this place. Great value for the money!

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Mailagama Cinnamon Residence is a recently renovated guest house set in Kataragama, 21 km from Situlpawwa. The property was well maintained and managed well from all aspects. The staff was very helpful especially mr. Inbarajah. They also helped us cook our own vegetarian food at a separate place near dining area.

He organized a fantastic safari for us and even took us on a special night trip to see bats and crocodiles with flashlights. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and our room was very good – clean, comfortable, and with excellent air conditioning. The host’s positive attitude and genuine care for his guests truly made the difference. His hospitality deserves all the recognition! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
