At first, I was attracted by the photos of Green House, all the fantastic tiles and mosaics, such a very traditional Moroccan house. Until I met Mehdi and Mohammed, I realized it is definitely the best decision I made in Fes. These two young gentlemen speak very fluent English, the communication is very smooth, and they really gave us all the help we need and met our requirements. That’s very important to us getting local advices and help in a foreign country, to learn a totally new culture during traveling. The two very enthusiastic young gentlemen who treat the hotel as meticulously as taking care of their home. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of the old Medina, near the iconic blue gate. It is a walking distance from all attractions, and also very close to the main road which is convenient to take a taxi to the train station. It’s located in a quiet branch of the lively Medina, so it’s won’t be noisy when you're inside the hotel. When we walked home from the center of the Medina at night it was very close and felt safe. It is highly recommended to have breakfast on their rooftop, enjoying amazing Fes city view.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Riad Old City Palace features accommodation with an indoor pool and free WiFi. The air-conditioned accommodation is 3 km from Royal Palace Fes. The guest house has family rooms. For our group so far, after 4 days of traveling across Morocco, it's definitely the nicest accommodation, the nicest people and the best food, and it even has the perfect location.

At the guest house, each unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. This riad is located in the heart of the Medina. We're close to a taxi stand, so we can easily access the surrounding area. Activities and excursions are offered right at the riad. The breakfast is locally sourced and very generous, making it a great place to start the day. There's a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. Special thanks to Maryam, who was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained the culture and way of life to us and answered all our questions!

The guest house specialises in a continental and vegetarian breakfast and breakfast in the room is also available. Guests may eat in the on-site traditional restaurant, which is open for dinner, lunch, brunch and cocktails. The staff was very helpful. There is a place nearby to park the car.
