Everything was great - the staff was so kind, food was delicious, interior was thoughtful and beautiful, and view from the room was just incredible. Beautiful hotel in a convenient but quiet location north of Zagora with beautiful bedrooms and possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! The beautiful gardens around the central pool are a real oasis of calm and relaxation. What a wonderful place to return to after adventuring in the area. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and incredibly generous! And the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Nureddin speaks several languages including excellent English. Local expeditions, activities and guides can be arranged through the hotel. Top recommendation!

At Riad le Petit Jardin, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and brunch and specialises in African cuisine. This place is gorgeous and the staff super friendly and funny. We didn't give it a 10 only because we found the price a bit on the high side compared to all the other places we stayed at during our 24 days road trip.
