The host was understanding and very flexible and very friendly, pick up and drop off keys was fast and professional and the apartment has almost everything I indeed would love to stay there again.

The hotel room was clean and modern, which can be challenging to find in Oujda sometimes. It's located in the city centre and is close to several restaurants. The staff were lovely and pleasant to deal with.

The owner, Mr Lofti! He was very welcoming and even arranged a small sightseeing. Very attentive and informative. Take your breakfast on the rooftop - the view from the rooftop is certainly one of the best in the city. The breakfast was very nice and generous with local specialities in addition to the normal big Moroccan breakfast. The hotel has a great location in the middle of the Medina, but don't try to find it on your own - go to a cafe and call Me Lofti; he will come and show you the way.

We have been very pleased with this apartment. We started with 3 days, but it ended up being 1 week because we were so satisfied with everything. Fresh apartment, friendly host, and good area. He was also very helpful if we needed anything. Really recommend!

Absolutely everything here is amazing. Great staff, stunning location, a whole apartment kinda of bedroom, amazing breakfast. Calm and quiet, an oasis. One afternoon, they knocked at my door with tea and biscuits and it was really thoughtful and hospitable. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

Very nice host, who offered us parking our Motorcycles in his own garage besides the dar. Gave us very good tips for our further trip! Breakfast was good as well and the dar and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. For exploring the markets a good stay, as you are just some meters away!

We loved our host Ibrahim. He was the sweetest and most helpful host. My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast and the location was perfect. It's located steps away from Sidi Abdelwahab Souk. We were afraid about the noise since it's so central, but once you step into the room you don't hear anything from outside. We recommend this place, we even told friends and family yo consider staying here and we will definitely be back.

The hotel is in a great location, the hotel staff is friendly as well. As for the rooms, they were quite good, bathroom's great, two really comfy beds. It had everything you needed. Also, it was really clean, which is something we really like to see. As for the breakfast, it had everything, a classic buffet, so you can't go wrong with that. All in all, we liked our stay at the Relax hotel.
