The building is modern but has lots of traditional aspects so you feel like you’re staying with your Moroccan family. I stayed in a few different rooms and each one was of the highest standard. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the rooftop has great views of Rabat. I will definitely be staying here again when I next visit Morocco - I live here now 😂

The setting of the hotel is peaceful and beautifully maintained, far from the noise of the old city, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. One of our favorite parts was the garden area, surrounded by pine trees and greenery. It was especially calming at night—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The pool was also a highlight: very clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent—flavorful and well-presented. The whole experience felt comfortable and welcoming, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay.

I booked this hotel very last minute, and had no expectations. I was met with open arms by the most welcoming staff, who went out of their way to make every minute of my stay comfortable. The residence is spectacular to say the least, with the most incredible moroccan decorations in each room and within the whole villa which is accessible to all guests. The homemade breakfast is worthy of a queen and the garden and swimming pool are very well cared for by the kind gardener. The residence is a 5 minute walk from the tram and from the Hassan tower and other breathtaking monuments. I can highly recommend staying here for as long as you can.

The property offers allergy-free units and is situated 1.8 km from Bouregreg Marina. It felt like leaving in a special Moroccan Historical Museum. Very classic, very authentic Moroccan. It was a quiet environment to have a good sleep and think. Imad was the GREATEST host I've ever met.
