Offering a terrace and views of the garden, La Maïoun Guesthouse is situated in Nice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 500 metres from the beach. I loved everything! It's in a great location, very clean, close to everything, service is excellent. They even recommended places to visit and solved my doubts about transport etc. Would definitely go back

Beautiful place away from the crowds and bustle of the Côte d’Azur. Lovely owners Laura and Terry who looked after us extremely well. Beautiful breakfasts. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable. Plenty of walkable more affordable restaurants than the bigger towns. This place really delivers the personal touch. I would return in a heartbeat.

It was a self-contained apartment with a separate entrance. The interior is very stylish with a Corbusier chaise longue, Hollywood Regency lamp, wonderful paintings well-appointed, a mini Bang&Olufsen speaker and so on. It is what you rather expect in a 5 star boutique hotel - and might not even get it. The garden is beautiful and can be used by the guests. It is private as there is only one apartment. There is also a secure parking space in a garage close to the apartment and I recommend to book it as street parking is limited. The cost of EUR10 is a real bargain and will be most likely adjusted. Sonja is a very good host. We had very good conversations. Location is pretty good as a walk, up-hill, to the centre of town is just around a 10 min. To sum up: you get a 5 star accommodation at a decent price with a lovely host. It is more like staying with a friend and having enough privacy.

Great little cosy place by the sea. The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff was really accommodating and polite. Great view of the sea from the balcony. I highly recommend this place and also their restaurant! Try it!

I loved everything! The hosts are wonderful people, very welcoming, caring, and thoughtful. Their place is lovely, super clean, the bed is comfy and the room has good air conditioning, which is great for the summer heat. I went with my sister, I paid for breakfast the first day, which was DELICIOUS, homemade, super tasty, and filling. Seeing what I had for breakfast, my sister also paid for her breakfast. Thanks so much for everything. When I come back, I definitely book my stay here.

We had a big room with small kitchen and everything we need inside. Location is not near the city center, but it's close to the beach. You can walk to the city center or take a train/bus.
