Garni Hotel TIANIS offers serviced apartments 100 meters from the historic city centre and 50 meters from the beach. It features accommodation with private balconies and free Wi-Fi. The location is excellent, just outside the city walls. It's a 5 minute walk to the center of Kotor, and it was great not having to deal with crowds outside our hotel. Good safe parking. Excellent terrace. Very comfortable room and nice breakfast.

The hospitality of the staff was remarkable from communication via Whatsapp, through reception desk, arrival/greeting and breakfast on the rooftop! There is a beach right at the door steps as well as mooring opportunities nearby. Clean, spacious and cleverly thought through- the first place who finally had enough hooks, at the right spots, too! So comfortable and great value for money, would highly recommend.

The Guesthouse was in an exellent location in the beautiful little town of Perast. They welcomed us warmly and were very helpful with everything we needed. The apartment was clean and charming and had a breathtaking view from the balcony. Finding a parkingplace in Perast is not easy, but they helped us to find a place and promised to take us there (up the hill) whenever we wanted.

The staff was very welcoming and always ready to help and support with whatever question or request we had.

The apartment was the best we had during our stay in Montenegro (we had 5 different ones). Very modern, light and comfy. Beautiful, small balcony with a great view to the sea. Very friendly owners. Nice, various breakfast. Parking directly in front of the door. The whole house is surrounded by a small, charming garden. Promenade is in a walking distance of 5-7 minutes by using stairs behind the garden. 20-25 minutes to the center by walking.
