I liked the position—it was right in the heart of the Old Town, yet very quiet and comfortable. The charming historic surroundings added to the experience, making it a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. The cozy atmosphere and well-thought-out details made the stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent location. Everything walking distance. Very friendly, helpful staff . Room had everything you need. Perfect for a short stay. Good value for money.

The space is clean and comfortable. We visited during a very hot period, outside temperatures of 38 degrees and the air con worked so well. The bed was so comfortable and there’s a fully equipped kitchen and clean, modern bathroom with great water pressure shower.

There was a lady very helpful and kind. Just ask. The room was spacious, clean and cozy with a nice balcony. We were lucky, we had a room facing Noth so, in the morning we could drink our coffee in shadow. AC working very well. Location...beeing at the edge of the town, on one side you have free parking places which is great for Budva, on the other side you have to get your car for everything. No restaurants or market places close.

The apartment is beautiful and the little terrace made it feel so cozy as if it was your own home. We didn’t know there was a festival during our visit and so, on our last night, the whole city was bustling with a couple of Djs and a concert. We thought we were going to have issues sleeping, however, we couldn’t hear a thing inside the apartment! But what really stands out here is the service; we arrived at 7AMish (we took a night bus) and they did everything possible to have our room ready at 12noon. After breakfast and walking around the city for a bit, we were able to wait on their terrace and they greeted us with a plate of grapes from their own garden and very valuable information about Kotor. Communication during our stay was always on point, plus they messaged us some wonderful restaurant recommendations - we loved this!! Overall, they made our stay easy and enjoyable with their top notch service. Thanks for everything!

We came back for our last day in Montenegro to spend in Perast. Love this place and definitely it will be my stop next time I'll travel to Montenegro. Staffs were very helpful and kind and the location is great !! It's in old town but also close to main bus station. Also they have check in desk so there were no stress to checking in. When I will stay in Kotor again, definitely I'll come back to this accomodation.
