Guesthouse is located about 3.5 k from Old Town & bus station but it’s a few min walk to Long beach This part of town has a more local feel with expats visiting their home town. there are private combi buses to & from Old Town. About 2 euro each way. This family are amazing and honest. As female travelers we felt safe and comfortable. The rooms are snug but very clean & comfy. We appreciate the effort put into providing such a nice space for travelers The dad picked us up at the bus station and gave us a ride to the bank another day. He didn’t ask for payment but he definitely earned and deserved a gratuity. Very thoughtful family.

The room was clean and the location was excellent. Everything was comfortable, quiet, and close to shops and restaurants. I especially appreciated the welcoming from the host Doni who was ready to help any time. I would definitely stay here again!

Hosts were gracious, even waited for us as we were late.Beautiful pool and ample parking space. Will visit again.

I stayed last year and I had to come back again for a longer stay this time. Owners are really friendly and ready to help with everything. The apartment is close to the city center, with several beaches and also great nightlife at a short walk. It is clean and has really good (natural material) sheets. Several balconies with a sea view. I have been coming to Ulcinj for 15 years, and they do offer great value for the price.

Only 60 metres from the Long Beach, Apartments Art offer free WiFi and parking are free. Ulcinj Old Town is 3 km away. We've been in this place earlier and we always look forward to coming here again. It's definitely a place to recommend visiting to everyone.

Thank you, Azra, for being such a fantastic host! We enjoyed staying at your place and would go for it again. As for activities, there is a fish-picnics, where you’ll be taken to a nice beach on a boat, so it's something we'd like to do next time :)

It is a perfect location with a very cozy comfortable and clean room. very fast Internet if you work online and an amazing view on the Adriatic Sea. The host is a very kind and welcoming person. Always gives useful and practical suggestions. The weather in October is amazing you can enjoy 3-4 beaches which are at a walking distance. There is a supermarket and a lot of restaurants with tasty fresh seafood nearby. The room is well maintained and very comfortable bed and furniture. I am definitely coming back next year in summer
