The house was clean and spacious and only a few minutes from the Main Street of Grand Case and the beach. The kitchen had everything you needed while away. The outdoor area was relaxing and the bed very comfortable. Although we were sharing the house with other people it was a perfect place to stay. Thank you to Jamal for being so accommodating!

The location right on the beach is amazing, and the apartment was delightful, equipped with all conveniences. The view was breathtaking, truly something you need to experience for yourself to believe. The owners are incredibly friendly people and very helpful; they really went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like it was promised on the website. This stay is definitely recommended for anyone who wants to have an unforgettable time.

Alicia's Inn is located in Philipsburg, the capital of Sint Maarten, just 3 minutes’ walk from the beachfront. The property offers free WiFi and daily maid services. It was comfortable enjoy the stay i would book there again

It is a comfortable room with a lot of nice details. We loved the outdoor shower and Sebastien the host went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Great to be able to rent kayaks to paddle in the lagoon and out to Pinel island. The secluded and beautiful beach of Grand Cayes is a ten minute walk from the house, perfect for a morning swim.
