Host very kind, helped us with all requests. location is on the main road, just near the see and quite close to Le Morne beach / area. There is also posibility to park the car at the property. Breakfast was excellent.

This was the most peaceful place we have stayed in a while. Super friendly host/hostess and staff. It was like we were staying with some relatives. The location was excellent, the sunsets you get are amazing. There were great restaurants nearby, which served amazing food. Also we had variety in breakfast, no two days were the same. Which you do not get at the resorts. It is a place you have to experience, nothing can describe it. And yes the rum was 😋

We stayed in the upper corner apartment which has stunning views of Le Morne and the coast. The apartment has a big comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and is light and bright. The large terrace is superb and the rooftop barbecue terrace is wonderful too. The pool and pool area is spotless as is the rest of the property. The nearest beach is a ten minute drive but boat trips to the island with its beach can be organised from the end of the road. All in all perfect. We'd love to come back. Would recommend to anyone looking for peace, quiet and a relaxing place to stay in Mauritius.

Zac and Tom, that manage the house, are 2 kind and smart guys, you can ask them for suggestions about what to do or help to book any activity you want. 3 days per week they organize a dinner with all the guests. It's a very cool situation where you can speak and interacts with people from other countries about your experience in Mauritius. A lovely place with lovely people.

We liked everything about the place. From the cleanliness of the property, spacious rooms, the great facilities, and the hospitality of the staff. This guest house has so much to offer. Great gym and spa facilities. Big swimming pool and a nice jacuzzi.

Featuring an outdoor pool, Happy Days Guest House is located in La Gaulette and 5 minutes' drive from Le Morne and the beach. The property has views of Bénitiers Island. The breakfast is what I usually like to have — good coffee, really good baguette, omelette and some fresh fruits. The place is very clean and well maintained. The owner really likes solid wood furniture. The beds, the dining tables and some others were shipped here from Bali. The hostess Sabrina was also amazing and helped us solve some logistics issues with local vendors.
