Paula is an exceptional and attentive host and a remarkable human. She was the best part of my stay at Casa de Kai - in her, I made a life-long friend. Oh, and the cats Minu and Max hanging with me in the garden, were a sweet addition.

The staff is one of the nicest I have met, I came very sick and Magnolia gave me pills and helped me to recover, she was so nice and it was shown that she truly cared.
