We loved everything about this hidden gem: the peace, the nature, the direct access to the lake, and the access to kayaks on the ground for sunrise tours. The Cabins are lovely and spacious; you can keep and cook your food there and have access to board games. The hosts, Pamela and Ernesto, are super kind and helpful. This is by far one of the best places we have stayed in Mexico.

All rooms will provide guests with a wardrobe and a coffee machine. The room was spacious and the facilities were very nice. Tom and the team were all super helpful and professional, it was a great experience staying at LPN and will definitely go back. The diving arranged through them turned out to be unforgettable as well.

The boho decor is stunning — every detail feels intentional, airy, and beautifully curated. The entire property is spotless, and the rooms feel both luxurious and soothing in that modern-bohemian way. The location is quiet and peaceful, the perfect escape from the busier parts of town while still being close enough to walk everywhere. I slept so well here. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and hidden local spots I never would have found on my own. It made the whole stay feel personal and elevated. If you’re looking for a stylish, serene, and warm place to stay in Mexico, Casa Alkimia is perfect. I can’t wait to come back.

At Agave-Blue all rooms include a seating area. The location is incredible. The owner is amazingly accommodating and friendly. Our room was absolutely perfect for our stay. We were very sad to leave. Located less than 1 km from Playa Holbox, EncantaLuna offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features family rooms. Loved my stay at Encanta Luna! The staff were great - friendly and helpful and the room was lovely! It’s was super clean, spacious and very comfortable! Great AC in the room and the whole place felt safe!

Great value for the price, everything was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff (one man speaks English). Everything was clean. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi. Free Water / Tee / Coffee and bread with butter & jam in the morning.

The staff(family) were so friendly and hospitable. My two young boys loved it there and didn’t want to leave. The communal kitchen is clean and has everything you need to make your own food. We loved it there so much we booked another night later in our trip.

The guest house features a rooftop pool with a fence, along with public bath and free WiFi. The rooms are so beautiful and the owner was super nice! Highly recommend!

Set on the beachfront in Punta Allen and featuring a garden, Villas Roseliz has free WiFi. The property is situated 200 metres from Manati Beach, 39 km from Sian Ka´an Biosphere Reserve and 50 km from Parque Nacional Tulum. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and a tour desk for guests.

At the inn, the rooms are equipped with a wardrobe. Every room has a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. We liked the most the hospitality and attention from the hosts Angie and David. We had an amazing time and on the tour we had great insights into the habitat of the marine life like dolphins, turtles and for a second, a bit of manatees :)

Unfortunately we only booked for one night but we wished we could stay more. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and exactly how you see in the pictures. There is a dock to jump in the water and you can have a charmful swim in the laguna. There are also chairs and an amaca to relax, and at night you can see the fish thanks to underwater lights. The hotel has 5 kayak that offer to the customers free of charge and you can visit the cenotes nearby. Bacalar town is 5 minutes drive away or 25 walking. They also offer breakfast with very reasonable prices and you can enjoy it in their terrace. One of our best staying during our trip around Mexico, super recommended!
