I loved the cabin, the place, and the atmosphere. Everything was very comfortable and well-maintained. The place was clean, well-located, and had everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I really liked the hospitality, the comfort of the room, and the tranquility of the place. Everything was excellent, I would definitely come back.

Plenty of activities available and advertised. Kept very clean at all times. Secure front gate, key to padlock, extra inner gate with key supplied, and own key to room. Plenty of open shared places to relax at, free coffee and filtered water available 24/7. Excellent wifi/internet/network throughout. Good size basic kitchen, 4 ring gas hob & oven, smaller electric oven, large fridge/freezer. Decent pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. Large table to eat at. Laundry (washing machine) available for $10, or hand washing sink for free, plenty of drying lines. Separate bins available for plastics, cans and glass. Plenty of reminders to switch off appliances when not in use. Large bedroom, plenty of storage, bedside tables & lamp. Main light and ceiling fan switch also either side of bed. Plenty of powerpoints around room. Gets very warm, but extra fan supplied. Large bathroom, excellent lighting, 2 sinks, good shower (cold water only, but who needs hot?). Plenty of places to hang towels.

I liked everything about my stay here. I had a private room with A/C and fan, and private bathroom. It was very comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well. Staff was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. The area is quiet and about a 10 minute walk from the main attractions. Talk to the staff if you are interested in volcano boarding they will put you onto the right people. Breakfast was good. Overall very satisfied.

Pretty courtyard style layout, nice pool, good restaurant, tastefully decorated with personal touches. Very nice, attentive and flexible staff and owners, super clean, excellent service. Warm welcome from staff, owners are personable and very flexible re: extending dates of stay, changing to room with King bed. Staff and owners are always willing to help and answer questions. I liked that the rooms had names and symbols instead of numbers. Nice that guests are invited to leave their sliding door open during the day as it's a secure, family-like atmosphere. Newly renovated rooms. Attractive bathroom design. Great location. Sociable, lively and homey vibe, yet also private space. A cool oasis with the greenery and pool. I had an excellent stay. Highly recommended!

One of our favourite hostel, witt the Real hostel atmosphere, great kitchen AND common area. The hostel staff was very helpful AND kind! Surfing lessons were very Cool!
