Frank is very helpful and responsive. Check in and out was very easy. We highly recommend Frank’s place and will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic accommodation in Texel, conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood in Den Burg. Spotless clean and very comfortable, with some lovely touches. Loved the privacy and the fact that we could use the bikes to explore the island. The fridge and kitchenette meant that we could enjoy nice breakfasts in the room, and on the sunny private terrace. Would 100% recommend to fellow travellers 😊

Perfect spot if you arrive by car or if you rent a bike. Booking provided an free airport taxi at the night of arrival. From next day we rented bike and we could reach Central Station in 15 minutes. There is bike parking lot as well . The neighbourhood fantastic . Nieuwendammerdijk is a charming street houses like in a romantic countryside movie . The appartment is perfect size for a 4 person family to spend the nights and have a dinner / breakfast at home. The kitchen fully equipped (nespresso , water heater, toaster, microwave owen and inductive double cooker). The 2 sleeping rooms are small but enough for sleeping . The beds are not as hard i like but still comfortable. The bathroom is nice , large shower , double basin and a toilet. we got 4 different color towel sets which is practical to not mix them .

My host was incredibly kind, attentive, and always easy to reach whenever I needed something. It truly felt a bit like coming home. The room had everything I could have wished for — a small fridge with complimentary welcome drinks, a little oven, cutlery, and even a coffee machine. The location is more than premium, and for Amsterdam standards the room was impressively spacious. The bathroom was spotless and very well maintained. I can highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Amsterdam who is looking for a beautiful, extremely clean, and perfectly located place to stay. I would happily come back anytime.

The bedroom was super cozy, the bed comfortable and the bathroom really nice. The host was really nice, even offered me some homemade pastries.
