Sakrisøy Gjestegård - Manor House in Sakrisøy - Solbakken anno 1880 is housed in a former manor house dating back to 1880 and is located in the area of Moskenes. Everything was just perfect. The area around is beautiful, house is amazing, and it was very clean. We got a lot of advices and help from Jack at the reception. I would love to come back again.

We walked to the sculpture garden at our hosts recommendation and we were cozy inside while the wind blew and the sea crashed under the docking in the night.

The place is so piecefull and quiet. I got a small but comfortable room upstairs in the 2nd floor. It was great! The toilet and bathroom are in the ground floor, so expect stairs up and down, but no problem for me.

We enjoyed a room with views of the mountains. The shared living room is spacious and cozy with library, records colletion and decorated with artistic items. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a toaster and a mini coffee machine that made rainy mornings delightful. Spatious shower room with washing machine. The house itself is cozy and steeped in history; as the owner explained, it used to be a telegraph station. The owners are incredibly kind, friendly, and interesting people.
