I fell in love with the property immediately with the antiques and warm farmhouse feel. It had all the amenities and was up-to-date in every way including reliable wi-fi. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great sleep. The breakfast was amazing with all of the wonderfully fresh, hand-prepared selections and the lovely note card to start the day positively! The outdoor lounge area had beautiful views and inviting lights as night set in. Margarete was the kindest person and full of interesting information as well as an amazing host, baker and chef. I wish I could have stayed much longer!

It’s the perfect place if you want to encounter the wildlife of Norway. I saw a moose from my window almost immediately after I arrived! The shower can go really hot and more powerful than almost any shower I’ve experienced in my life : ) I appreciated having facilities like a washing machine and dishwasher, and the lady who runs the place was very helpful.

Housed in a 1914 building, this central inn lies only 6 minutes’ walk from Røros Station. It offers rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi and private parking. Røros is a village of character and this hotel compliments the village with its informal layout and repurposing of its buildings the hotel was exceptional. We ate in the restaurant from a fine menu and needless to say the meals were first class. Last but not least were the staff who could not have been more helpful. Superb

The location was beautiful and we could walk along the beach with cliff views, sunset views and a wildlife sanctuary nearby. The host was very accommodating and met us when we arrived. We also enjoyed the little kitchenette, and had we stayed longer, the deck would have been wonderful to relax on. The location was in town but very quiet, at least in May ( shoulder season). It would be a nice option for a more relaxed stay in Trondheim, if you don't mind the 20min drive.
