I loved absolutely everything about my stay! After the hustle and bustle of the main locations in Nepal, coming to Namaste Homestay made my heart sing. the view from the room was amazing and the fresh mountain air just made so happy! Every morning i would wake up super early and look at the scenery changing from dawn to day, it was like experiencing heaven! there is a little garden where you can sit, eat, read a book and sip a cup of tea. They grow their own vegetables and herbs and it feels so good to sit in peace there. The owners are amazing good people, and when i couldn’t find a ride to go back towards Kathmandu, they gave me a moto ride to the closest town. They have a lovely family and there are always kids around that will definitely steal you a smile or a laugh or a little play! The wifi works very well. Namobuddha is reachable by an easy walk and everyone is lovely around the village. What a gem! Definitely recommended Thank you again, so much love, i will come back!

Nirvana Kuti tọa lạc ở Kathmandu, cách Đền Swayambhu 2.5 km và Đền Swayambhunath 3.5 km. Chỗ nghỉ này nằm cách Quảng trường Patan Durbar 5 km, Đền Pashupatinath 6 km và Bảo tháp Boudhanath 7.6 km. Good facility with plenty of solar powered hot water, clean, well situated at the center if Kathmandu, away from the more touristy Thamel, very safe. A genuine Nepalese experience in a great neighbourhood. I stayed February/March 2025 and only left because it was fully booked beyond the dates I initially booked. Im hopeful its available next trip! Bobby owns and operates the place and made my stay awesome, picked me up from the airport and took me to many places it would have been difficult to arrange to go to; showed me all the essential shops in the area (theres a great convenience store downstairs) and gave me many tips on how to navigate the city's peculiarities. I can’t recommend Shekhar’s Shared Home enough. Shekhar, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure you have a full experience of Bhaktapur. He personally guides his guests, free of charge, through the winding alleys of the historic city, revealing the hidden gems of the area and introducing them to local delicacies. His guesthouse also has a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. In the evenings, the living room transforms into a gathering spot where travelers from all over connect and share stories. If you’re traveling alone or want to experience Bhaktapur from a local’s perspective, Shekhar’s Shared Home is the perfect place.

Với khu vườn, sân hiên và nhìn ra thành phố, STUPA VIEW INN nằm ở Kathmandu, cách Đền Swayambhu 5 phút đi bộ. The location was great! 10 minute walk to Swayambhunath. It was quiet at night. The host was a wonderful gentleman. I had spent 3 months in Nepal and my last two nights were at this spot. If I’m lucky enough to be able to visit Kathmandu again I’ll certainly stay here.

This beautiful hotel is your safe comfortable clean place to stay in Kathmandu! Rooms are spacious with modern bathrooms and hot water 24h. The buffet breakfast is delicious! U will find many sitting spots in the complex where u can work peacefully or just enjoy the quiet atmosphere. Attached to it is the nunnery and also a beautiful garden. It’s only 6m walk to the Stupa. Near the entrance there is a new clinic in case u need to do some checks. Many local restaurants are nearby. The price is modest and funds the nunnery 🙏🙏🙏

Offering a restaurant, Mayur Restaurant that serves Indian and regional cuisines, Peacock Guest House is located 100 metres from the City Centre. We stayed in the heritage room overlooking the Square - and as described you need to climb the stairs to get to this room and the private rooftop area. There are not many places you can get to stay in a hotel with such history and heritage. Very happy with this hotel, and room selection. if you have mobility issues - this may not be the room for you - select an alternate room on a lower floor. Meals at this hotel were fabulous, loved the soda drink menu! i tried nearly all of them ! Meals are served in a very beautiful internal courtyard decorated with wood carvings and plants. Owners and staff were very very helpful with any of the questions we asked, and assisted us with our bags on arrival and departure; organised taxi to the airport (excellent rate). Located on a nice quiet square, and it was magical to sit by the window and watch the scene change during the day. Easy walk from this hotel to the other squares in Bhaktapur. Thoroughly recommend at least 1-2 nights in this city to explore and unwind. Excellent wifi at all time, in our room and in courtyard. We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel and will defintely be staying here again.

Located within 200 m from Boudhanath Stupa and Sechen Monastery, ROKPA Guest House is located in Boudha, Tinchule. It offers free WiFi access throughout the property. We stayed in a suite and it was absolutely fantastic. Lovely furnished, with a style, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, the stuff lovely, and the place is located close to the stupa but it’s quiet. I would definitely stay again. Additionally, the foundation does a lot of humanitarian work which I was happy to support.
