Fantail River Lodge encontra-se em Haruru, a 20 km de Opua Forest e a 2,7 km de Cataratas Haruru. Although the location was out of town (approximately 10 minutes), for us this was not a problem as we had a vehicle & it was in a very peaceful setting. The bed was extremely comfortable & was a king bed - room very clean & well set out. Our hosts were very accommodating & very friendly.

The view is breathtaking, and the quaint little town of Russel offers a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of excellent dining options. Karen is an incredible hostess—her breakfasts are delightful, and her beautiful home is truly a gem. We recommend this place to anyone looking for that little extra touch of Paradise. Staying at Paradise on the Strand is an experience not to be missed!

Top of the Bay encontra-se em Paihia, a 14 minutos a pé de Te Ti Bay Beach e a 11 km de Opua Forest. This studio has an incredible view. The Hostess was most lovely, kind and helpful. The location is outstanding. We walked into town, watching the boats coming in and out of the harbor from the room and wonderful porch. The Studio is very well equipped. We were super happy and grateful to be staying in this gem of a place. It felt like home away from home. We extended our stay 2 times.... I guess that says it all:))) Thank you, thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at Taranaki. The bach was clean and tidy, well equipped, very comfortable, and well located for trips to Russell, Paihia, and Waitangi. The self-contained apartment is in a quiet location with beautiful views over the inlet below. Elizabeth was the perfect host, making us feel comfortable, chatting about the area, and leaving us in peace to enjoy the environment. We loved everything about it!
