The property has an outdoor dining area. the location is very good, near the CBD, there’s a bug wet land just around the corner, very suitable for a good walk in the morning or in the afternoon. The host is super excellent, hospitable, passionate, generous and humorous, we had a very wonderful time! The room is very big, clean, well facilitated, we had everything we need and the host even offered us a city tour to see the beautiful views in the cities! Excellent experience to live, definitely recommend!

This motel is super clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location close to the river. The small kitchen is well equipped and we loved the small treats left for us. Only 30 mins to Ohope Beach and even less to the Rotorua lakes. Highly recommend.
