We absolutely loved the accommodation! It is rather small but very nice, comfortable, good looking and very clean…. It has a separate shared kitchen (but right next to our room) with everything we needed. Vicky was very nice (although we did not meet personally), she always replied to my questions promptly!

Elements of steampunk in the design including the wonderful “cowshed-style” bathroom! Loved it. Toni was a delightful hostess and the two, piping-hot log-fuelled outside baths under the stars, meticulously stoked by Toni and David before handover to us (for skinny-dipping in privacy!), were WONDERFUL. Loved Kai the Alsatian and the very fluffy Persian cat that paid us a visit.

The location of this room is excellent and it lovely views of the lake and mountains if you stand up by the window. Also it has a little court yard with two chairs and a table were you can see the view also. The room it self is lovely and has everything you need. Its close to all the amenities. Communication was excellent with the host. We also had a lovely staff member help us out when we got stuck with our door. Thank you we had a lovely stay would happily stay again.

The biggest TV anywhere we stayed in NZ - not why you pick a place to stay but it was impressive - we got take out and watched a movie. It's one room which locks off of a bigger property - we barely heard noise from anyone else, it was pretty quiet.
