The owners Jenny and Doug are lovely, welcoming hosts and we had great communication with them before and during our stay. Breakfast offerings were plentiful and delicious. We also loved meeting their 2 very cute pups!

We liked everything! Nice ground level apartment with plenty of room, comfortable bed and very clean. Carol was a great host and made sure we felt at home. Breakfast was continental with 3 different types of cereal and other amenities. We would detour out of our way to stay here again! Even got a spot in the garage for my rental car...can't beat that! Great value for the price.

Nice and quiet and can walk in to town quite quickly but the river is a little further. Lovely outdoor area for own use. Property was very clean.

It was absolutely gorgeous I was really happy with the location. It was very clean and there was everything I needed to cook and plenty of parking space. Arrival was a bit confusing but the host came out and meet us and she was absolutely lovely.

You could tell they just wanted us to enjoy ourselves during our stay and made us feel more than welcome. The accommodation was clean, well appointed and luxurious. It is truly one of the best accommodations we have experienced in our 6 trips to NZ. Breakfast was an absolute delight with fresh homemade waffles and fine china. We loved their little pet bantam, Buttercup. She was almost as sweet as our hosts whose genuine consideration, humour and attention to detail made our stay very memorable.
