Situated in Kaikoura, 1.3 km from Kaikoura Beach, Austin Heights - Kaikoura features a garden and views of the garden. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. This motel was one of the nicest motels we have stayed at. The view was amazing and the easy chairs very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable and the hosts were wonderful - they came to check on us and offered a towel change which was very appreciated. Really great place to relax away from the city.

The property is non-smoking and is located 2 km from Picton Memorial Park Beach. This is a dream property with amazing hosts. You feel welcomed the moment you enter the gate. They have created such cozy spaces for guests and the provide great amenities like coffee and tea, toast and other small breakfast items. I appreciated the small fridge in the room, pressure in the shower and how quiet it was at night. I also walked to town and it was easy and fun. There’s a lot to do in this part of the world! Quiet area in easy walking distance to the town center, amenities like coffee and a big tea selection, great shower and comfortable bed along with carefully selected beautiful furniture (desk, chairs) give this place a very homey and cozy feeling. We had enough space to put all our luggage. I particularly enjoyed drinking coffee in the sunshine in the morning on the steps in front of the room. There’s also a nice seating area outside. Loved it here!
