Even though my Spanish wasn't very good, she used Google Translate for effective communication with me. I was supposed to stay only one night, but my stay was extended due to my flight cancellation. After dealing with the stressful situation at the airport, she gave me a warm welcome when I returned to the hotel, which made me feel at home and relieved. Also, the location is great. For instance, there are some markets and a mall within walking distance. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Juliaca airport by taxi and about 15 minutes by colectivo (route B-1).

The house and the room were really nice and clean, and Sonia cooked some nice meals for us. Vidal helped us organise the transport to and from the island, including the tour of the Uros and Taquile islands, and he accompanied us from and to the port.

It has the standard of a good hotel, but the prices are very low. Starting with the room – very clean, elegant, with a large and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also perfect, with an excellent hot shower that was just wonderful! A big TV with YouTube and streaming platforms, and a very convenient location right in the city center. Great breakfast! Great service (greetings to Angel)! They also offer several tours you can book directly with them. Honestly, you won’t find a better place in Puno for this price!
