Starting with the room – very clean, elegant, with a large and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also perfect, with an excellent hot shower that was just wonderful! A big TV with YouTube and streaming platforms, and a very convenient location right in the city center. Great breakfast! Great service (greetings to Angel)! They also offer several tours you can book directly with them. Honestly, you won’t find a better place in Puno for this price!

It was very centrally located, close to Plaza des Armas and plenty of restaurants, ATMs, etc. The owner and his family were absolutely lovely, and let me store my bags and use the bathroom when I had a day tour followed by a night bus. The room was comfortable, with a nice bed and clean bathroom. Highly recommend!

Located 350 metres from the city's main square, Hostal UTASA VILLA REAL inn offers accommodations in Puno. Free Wi-Fi access is available here. The room is cozy and not too cold (for Peruvian standards in winter). The host was incredibly kind, he helped us by keeping our backpacks all day long and with recommendations. Breakfast was also rich and tasty.
