The room and bathroom were clean and the room was spacious. The hostel is in a quiet neighborhood right next to a market so you can buy food and groceries. It is also close to a colectivo parada. It is a little far to be walking distance to the plaza de armas, but you can take a tuktuk to get there. I ended up staying here for a week and really enjoyed my stay, it’s a great place to rest.

Compared to town, there was no noise at night keeping us awake, so peaceful and the staff, so wonderful!

Lovely, quiet hostel (but surrounded by noisy roads), within walking distance of many of the collectivo stations and of the main plaza. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. It was very clean and felt secure. The wifi/internet/network worked well throughout. The small kitchen was available for use (but the hotel breakfasts were also prepared there for the guests having them). It came with a 4 hob stove and oven and a fridge/freezer and the usual pots and pans, but was lacking a bit on the cutlery. The breakfast was basic but enjoyable and varied slightly day to day. There were communial areas on the sheltered roof top with access to a large sink and tubs for hand washing clothes, and plenty of lines for drying them. Cash payment was prefered, with probable extra added for card payments. They could arrange tours of various types and prices. The reception was covered 24 hours a day. The actual bedroom had plenty of storage and good lighting, and came with fans and some rooms had aircon. The private bathroom was large, with good lighting, the shower pressure was dependent on the time of day. Hooks available for towels
