The property is non-smoking and is located 200 metres from San Juan Beach. I like that the property is very close to the beach (less than 5 minute walk). The house was good enough for a family of 11. I like that the house is very clean and has all the things we need for 2 nights stay. The owner was also responsive but since most of the things we need were in the house already, there was no need to coordinate often. Wifi is very fast even if there are a lot of users. Water pressure in all rooms are strong and airconditiong working perfectly.

Lots and lots of electric wall plugs. Really liked the simple design and colour scheme of the rooms. House Rules were few and easy to understand and to follow. Staff left us alone - except when we phoned or asked questions and then were very helpful - just the way we like it. Location is packed with places to eat and easy access to the beach. Good swimming areas and lots of photo opportunities with amazing sunsets and the surfer scene. BBQ place on the beach is incredible!

Surfboards hanging out in every corner. My basic fan room was a delight with paintings adorning the walls, surf mags as toilet entertainment and mostly warm lighting (which is rare in Asia) the hosts Angel and Marie made me feel very welcome and at home. Always available but left alone to enjoy the space. And couldn’t be more in the centre of everything if it tried. Which meant although vibey outside and road noise. There was still a level of calm and chill inside.
