This cozy hotel has a gated area and several types of rooms. My family and I stayed in a two-level studio. We appreciated the cleanliness, the shared kitchen area, and the well-maintained inner courtyard. The staff was friendly and helped us call a taxi and load our luggage. They even have kitchen for those opting to cook their own food. And the most amazing thing during our stay was they offered to drop as to the airport for a small fee.

I liked everything, the welcome message from the owner to begin with - it was very explicit and welcoming which made the self check-in very easy. The guesthouse is modern and has everything you need - guests can use the kitchen if needed, there is water and some snacks/ coffee provided which is a nice gesture. Convenient location if you want to stay near the airport - it took us around 30 minutes on foot to reach it. Highly recommended. :)

Set in Lapu Lapu, within 1.5 km of Mactan Island Convention Center and 2.3 km of Hoops Dome, Amaris Bed & Breakfast offers accommodation with a terrace and as well as free private parking for guests... The family room was very spacious and super comfortable. The mattresses were the best we had in all SE Asia, and the first time we had an actual King size bed. The kids also loved the bunk beds. For dinner, Kanto Street Ramen across the road was excellent. The breakfast food was good enough (not amazing). The transfer to the airport came promptly and got us to CEB in 5-6min.
