Our stay at North Field Resort near the airport turned out to be one of the most comforting and memorable experiences of our trip. What truly elevated our entire visit was the exceptional hospitality of Shabbir, the very young owner who treats every guest with a level of care and respect that many established hotels fail to match. One thing that genuinely surprised us was the complimentary pick-and-drop service. Shabbir personally came all the way to Tibet Hotel in Kachura to pick us up and later dropped us at the airport. The ride was incredibly smooth and comfortable, and the gesture itself spoke volumes about his generosity and commitment to guest satisfaction. The resort is wonderfully budget-friendly yet equipped with every essential amenity—press, hair dryer, clean rooms, inverter with backup generator, and all the comforts a traveler could hope for. Despite the affordability, nothing felt compromised. Everything was neat, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. And the food—absolutely delicious. Each meal tasted fresh and was prepared with real care, making us feel right at home. What stands out most is Shabbir’s attitude. His polite, accommodating nature and genuine desire to ensure guests feel welcomed sets a powerful example for anyone in the hospitality field. He may be young, but he’s running the resort with wisdom and dedication that can inspire many.

From the moment i stepped in i felt a warmth and hospitality that made me feel instantly at home .The owner of the Guest house are truly some of the nicest people i have ever met ,their kindness and genuine care for the guest made my stay incredible special.Rooms were impeccable clean cozy and beautifully maintain⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Every corner of the guest house made me feel a sense of comfort and tranquil providing me with the perfect retreat after our daily adventure one of the highest of the day was undoubtably the food , haider has a magical taste and his chicken karhai was my favourite, i also had traditional food which was so delicious.My trip was made even more memorable by Mehdi who guided us throughout a stay he was not just a guide but a friend and a brother he took us to some of the most breath taking spot in Skardu sharing fascinating stories and insight about the area the overall professionalism of the staff is unmatched for the category stay I recommend not only leisure visitors but all Guest house owner cross Pakistan to fly to Skardu and learn professional hospitality from them .i will visit Northlanders Guest house skardu again. ♥️

Writing a review is not something I normally do but but my last stay, I feel, deserves a few lines at the very least. During the past 5 years I have travelled frequently to many different parts of the world and have experienced a whole range of accommodation types which include luxury hotels and guest houses. I can say with all sincerity that I do not recall a more peaceful and comfortable stay to the one I experienced at HIKK Inn Guest house. The atmosphere was welcoming, warm and relaxed and I only wish I had been able to stay longer. The family who managed the property was very friendly and greeted me each morning with a warm smile. I would recommend this guest house without hesitation.
