From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The host treated us like family, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The garden was absolutely stunning—full of vibrant flowers and the perfect place to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—ideal for two friends traveling together. What made our experience truly special was the host’s personal touch. He not only arranged our tour car and helped us plan our itinerary, but also took the time to share the rich culture, history, and daily life of the Skardu region. It gave our trip a deeper meaning and left us with lasting memories. Overall, Taj Residence offers excellent value for money, but even more importantly, it offers a heartfelt connection to the place and its people. Highly recommended!

We got free breakfast in our room as per our schedule, the owner Shabbir was the kindest and made all the efforts to make our stay comfortable. The view was amazing, the owner had his own cars, that too on a reasonable rates so we never had to run after any driver or tour guide. Will again choose the same resort for my stay!

A Home Away from Home in the Heart of Nature Our stay at Mountain Face Guest House was simply amazing. The hospitality of Mr. Sana Ullah and his son Haseeb made us feel right at home. They were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our stay. We even cooked our own meals, and Haseeb was always there to assist us — just like a family member. The environment was warm and friendly, with breathtaking views all around. The guest house is beautifully nestled among mountains and greenery, offering a peaceful retreat away from the city rush. One of the best parts is that Manthal Buddha Rock is just a 15-minute walk from the guest house — a perfect short hike to an amazing historical site. Also, the breakfast was amazing! Make sure to try the local breakfast — it’s fresh, delicious, and a great way to start your day. Would definitely love to come back again and again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Skardu!
