We stayed at this cozy guesthouse and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hosts were super friendly, welcoming, and helped where they could. The breakfast was a real highlight—fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. Everything from the pastries to the fresh orange juice was delicious. There are also two small gardens on the property that are just lovely. You can tell a lot of love goes into keeping them beautiful. You walk about 10 minutes to the center of Coimbra (downhill). If you’re looking for a quiet, charming place to unwind, this B&B is perfect. We will definitely be back!

I’m lacking words to describe our stay at this absolute jewel. This has been THE loveliest holiday experience: from the legacy of the place, that is so beautifully shared and continued by Luis (the host and great-grandson of the original property owner), to the meticulous attention to detail and beautiful design in every corner, with complementary fresh fruit, cake and house liquor, sparkling clean rooms, a simply perfect breakfast in the scenic courtyard (including fresh eggs from their own chicken), all the way to the brilliant recommendations for restaurants, fado concert, parking tricks to visit the old town and more… Simple fresh dishes and drinks (with fridge self-service) are available all day.

Everything was wonderful, we had a really warm welcome by the staff. The room is exceptional, you feel you are in a chalet/castle room, the design and amenities was perfect, the bed was just perfect very comfortable, the room has AC, an small area with a sofa with a really nice view, the shower is big and very modern but so well integrated with room design. All was very clean and the breakfast is the best, you must experience so. And just when nothing could be better the staff brought a cake to celebrate my birthday with out any advice. Thanks girls for such nice experience! The best staff I have met.

Marina Charming House offers accommodation in the heart of Figueira da Foz, a 3-minute walk from Casino Figueira. The property boasts a terrace and views of the sea, the marina and the Mondego river. This building is very charmig and the location could not be better. The view was so beautiful, and the weather in november so good, is, it always so good? There are palmtrees along the main street. Endless sand with boardwalks on the beach. The room was good with comfortable big bed and large shower.

Everything was perfect! We had an absolutely wonderful stay. You can truly feel that every corner of the building was created with love and care. Carlos is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind, we felt so happy and welcomed. The room was even more beautiful than in the pictures. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The terrace was spacious, relaxing, and well-sheltered from both wind and sun. On top of that, the location is super convenient: there’s a great bakery just a couple of hundred meters away, lots of restaurants and cafés within walking distance, and the train/bus station nearby. It’s only a few minutes to walk to the beach and marina, and it's also quiet at night. We loved everything here, especially the host! If I could rate this place 10/10, I’d rate Carlos 100/10. 😊 Thank you so much for having us!
